Love this item! Got it for my boyfriend for his birthday engraved with a saying he likes. I was worried it would be heavy and/or bulky but it fits on his keys and in his pocket no problem. This item did arrive a bit later than I was told, but WatkinsForge was great about it and refunded my shipping charges to make it right. Great shop, definitely recommend.

Turned out so cool and unique can't wait to give these to my groomsmen
Heat steel to 1900 F. Hit with hammer. Repeat.
I love thinking about where my items are going and all the good they're doing for humanity-- opening gazillions of beers, turning hundreds of strips of bacon... hmm, on second thought maybe I should just get back to work.

Accepted payment methods
- Accepts Etsy gift cards
I don't ship regular items until payment is received.
I don't start on making any custom or engraved item until payment is received.
If it's a custom or engraved order it may take a few days longer to get it made, depending on what the order is. I will give an estimated time of completion for these orders in the listing.
WEDDING BUYERS: It really helps us both if you tell me when your wedding is! Just put it in the "note to WatkinsForge" during checkout.
Whatever you are buying, if you need it sooner than 7 days, please don't hesitate to ask. Expedited shipping (and processing) is available, provided that you message me first. You can select this option during checkout.
This is a one-man operation-- if something major comes up in my life (illness, hurricane, etc.) that disrupts production, your item may be mailed later than the invoice says. If that's a problem for you then I can refund your shipping charges or just cancel the order.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will issue a partial or full refund on cancelled orders unless it's a custom or engraved order that has already been started.
I do not accept returns on engraved or otherwise custom orders.
If the order is not engraved or otherwise customized I will refund the full amount of purchase (but not shipping charges) upon receipt of the undamaged returned item. The item must be returned within 14 days.
Damaged, defective, or Lost in the mail:
If it's damaged or defective or lost in the mail let me know ASAP. I prefer to resend it if it's a small item, or issue a refund if that doesn't work for both parties. If I refund because of a damaged or defective product, you must mail it back to me first.
Not delivered before big event:
If your item is not received before your big event (wedding, birthday, Christmas, etc) I will issue a refund for shipping charges if the following conditions are met:
1) Purchaser put the date they need the item in the buyer's note to seller, AND this date is at least 4 days after the stated "ships-by" date on the invoice, OR I agreed in convo to an earlier date to ship by.
2) Seller failed to ship on or before the "ships-by" date.
Additional policies and FAQs
I enjoy making custom pieces. Just convo me to describe what you need and we'll work out the details.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or even normal use of any item I sell. The items I sell should be handled and used with care-- that is your responsibility.
