Spice blends to make Indian food and chai!

Waverley Kitchens is a family-run business that helps you cook Indian food at home. It was inspired by the three kids (Neha, Varun, Devana) going to college and not knowing how to cook meals. After growing up on an Indian diet, pasta wasn't going to cut it for the whole week. Thus, our parents created these beautifully simple spice packets to make our lives easier, but also healthier. Our mission is to educate people that cooking healthy Indian food isn't impossible! The spice blend packets set you up with the basics to ensure that you cook an authentic and tasty meal every time!

Find our packets at these Bay Area stores:
- Piazza's Fine Foods (Palo Alto & San Mateo)
- Sigona's Farmers Market (Stanford Mall, Palo Alto & Redwood City)
- Real Food Company (Cole Valley, San Francisco)
- Dean's Produce (San Mateo)
- Trag's Market (San Mateo)

I grew up in a large family in Lucknow, India and this gave me the opportunity to learn cooking from my grandmother and mother, who were both excellent cooks. My family has always loved the food I cook and I hope you can benefit from it.

    Owner, Product Guru

As the youngest member of the Waverley Kitchens family, I love cooking but not without my measuring spoons. The spice packets are the perfect solution for me, especially when I studied abroad in London and had to cook for myself for the first time.

The idea behind Waverley Kitchens started in a flight on our way home after visiting our son, Varun, at the University of Illinois. How can we make Indian food easy enough that our kids will cook it and still retain the taste and nutritional value of a balanced meal? From that question arose the foundation behind our products.
