All US Packages are shipped Standard First Class mail, shipping time ranges from 2-5 days in the US. Tracking numbers are provided when items are shipped but insurance is not included unless requested.
Shipments to Canada are sent Standard First Class, and are estimated to deliver in 2-4 weeks depending upon your location. (Contact me for rush shipping options).
Shipments to All Other Countries are sent Priority International, please contact me for a shipping quote and a custom listing.
* Australia: Unfortunately we cannot currently ship to AUS due to customs restrictions, sorry! *

TRACKING NUMBERS are not available on International Orders unless you upgrade to Global Express Shipping, convo me for pricing.
Refunds and Exchanges
If we have followed the instructions provided with your order regarding text to be inscribed, font choices, etc, we cannot offer a full refund or replacement. If we have made a mistake or if the product is defective, please contact us right away to discuss replacement or refund.
If you would like to return your order for a refund, please contact me and we can discuss partial or full refund after receipt of the returned item. All shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
REPLACEMENTS FOR LOST ORDERS:
Rarely a package is so late in arriving that we consider it lost and offer refund or replacement. We do not consider an item lost until it has not arrived for 45 days. If an item is confirmed 'delivered' by the post office we cannot provide refund or replacement, but we will offer you a discount on a reorder.
+ Important + if you provide an incorrect address and the item is marked 'delivered' by the post office we cannot provide a replacement but we will offer you a discount on a reorder.
THEFT OF DELIVERED ITEMS: Please provide a shipping address where you can receive items safely. If an order is confirmed 'delivered' by the post office, but it has been stolen from your doorstep, we cannot provide refund or replacement, but we will offer you a discount on a reorder.
