*To restore the shine: If you’d like to give your piece a light shine at home, you can use a small amount of carnauba‑based automotive wax (such as Turtle Wax or Meguiar’s). Apply sparingly and buff gently. Avoid household cleaners or silicone‑based products.
*Hang pieces only from the soldered loops or included hardware, not from the glass itself. Suction cups may fail over time; a secure hook or chain is safest.
* Indoor display is recommended unless otherwise noted. Avoid high‑moisture areas and extreme heat.

No, file types are not interchangeable. If you select SVG, please only use SVG for your design, do not use the outline from PDF for piecing together your glass and then cut from SVG, there are small variances in sizing that is unavoidable between file types

Patterns are sold at a recommended size, however you can choose to scale up or scale down with the SVG and PDF file, but this may increase the cutting difficulty of the pattern. PNGs cannot be scaled from the intended size without causing distortion.

Sometimes PNGs or SVGs and Cricut don't play nice on sizing. Just look for the recommended sizing giving in the pattern info and reset it to that in your Cricut machine.

Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital files. No returns, cancellations, or exchanges are accepted once the files have been purchased. If you experience any issues with your pattern, please contact me.

Finished Stained‑Glass Pieces
No returns or exchanges on finished stained‑glass art. If your piece arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. I will gladly replace or refund damaged items.

Yes, unless otherwise noted in the description all pieces are made using time‑honored stained‑glass techniques, including lead solder and came. These pieces are designed for decorative display and are safe to enjoy. As with all stained glass, wash hands after handling, and pieces should be kept out of reach of children.

A few of my patterns are larger than standard printer paper. I personally prefer to have a local print shop or UPS print them out as architectural plans (only cost a few dollars), but you can print them at home.

Printing at home suggestion: Download Adobe Acrobat for free. Using the PDF file, choose “poster" as your printing option.
This feature breaks a large pattern into smaller sections that you can print on regular paper and tape together.
