5 out of 5 starsI ordered a custom wreath on Sunday for delivery to my office. I received it 2 days later. When I opened the package, I was pleasantly surprised. The wreath arrived full and well decorated. It exceeded my expectation. I hung it on my front door and will enjoy it throughout holiday season. I would definitely order again.

1 out of 5 starsThis is the first negative review I have ever had to write - I was VERY disappointed. First off the green foam wreath is showing through as not enough gold bells were placed properly. Next there are GLOBS of glue hanging all over and I had to clean that up and there are globs on glue on some of the gold bells that are VERY hard to get off. Last thing is that the bow at the top and the JOY ornament are not even centered. If I attempt to hang the wreath with the bow at the top, in the middle, the JOY is very crooked and if I attempt to hang it to get the JOY to be straight, then the bow is off to the left. WARNING - this is NOT a $75.00 wreath and it won't be hanging in my home - I've seen better in a dollar store!

I wish you would have contact us about your dissatisfaction and allow us to handle the situation. If you read our 40+ other reviews, we are very responsive to our customers. All of our wreaths are handcrafted with care, and the item was delivered exactly as pictured. We evaluate all feedback good or bad. Nevertheless, Happy Holidays.
