The processing time is still 5 to 7 business days and then we ship your First Class Mail.We can not predict the time of arrival since shipping time changes from country to country.
INSURANCE,TRACKING AND CUSTOMS:
Orders do not include insurance or tracking. If you would like to purchase insurance or upgrade the shipping for your package please convo us before making payment and we will give you a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges
There are NO RETURNS on custom orders due to personalization.
Custom orders once the proof is accepted and approved by you via e-mail or convo,the production has begun and all sales at that point are final.
