Prices are not negotiable. No shipping discounts. No discounts on multiple item purchases. No exceptions. Please do not ask. Discount inquiries will be ignored.
SHIPPING PRICE is unique to item, refer to specific listing for price - located under photos in 'Shipping & Policies' tab.
COMBINED SHIPPING cost is automatically calculated as items are added to your cart. The total can be viewed in your cart prior to finalizing purchase. Combined shipping means that multiple item transactions will be shipped in one parcel. Each item's weight and dimensions are added together to equal the total size and weight of the parcel.
The shipping total charged is not simply the price of postage. Price is specifically calculated by zip code/country and cost includes: USPS current postage rate, insurance, packaging materials and a handling fee for each item.
There are absolutely no discounts on shipping. No exceptions.
EXPEDITE SHIPPING is available for an additional cost and can be selected during checkout.
U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Tracking confirmation is standard for all U.S. orders and will be emailed once the package has shipped and can also be found in the purchase history.
USPS now provides tracking confirmation for First Class International shipping for select countries. The tracking number is the customs number and will be provided in the shipping notification and purchase history.
If your package does not arrive within 28 days, please contact your local post office. Many undelivered packages are awaiting pick up and customs fees. If your post office does not have the package, send me a message right away.
All international packages are insured and a refund for undelivered orders can only be provided within 60 days of the shipping date. Claims for undelivered packages after 60 days will not be refunded.
International customers are responsible for any additional fees such as customs fees or taxes charged by their country. International packages are declared as "merchandise" on the customs form and will not be misrepresented as a "gift". The price paid for the merchandise must be declared on the customs form and can not be altered.
Refunds and Exchanges
In case of a seller's error, please send a message with the specific issue and I will resolve the problem.
