Thank you for your interest in my weavings. Handweavings with their natural variences and natural fibers will grow softer with time and wear and may be passed on through generations. You may obtain my garments by two methods of sales, Direct, and Custom Orders. Below are more details for your choices.

 Direct - for an item readily available, through paypal, or Visa/MC. Shipped within 2-3 days of payment.
 Custom Orders - you may choose most any style shown here made to order in any size or color. Even though styles are similar, a unique mix of yarns goes into each piece and you will have a one-of-a-kind wrap that will blend with your personal wardrobe. For more info, please contact me.

To order, you will need to choose: 1. style, 2. size, 3. colors. (see below.) Time required is approximately 6 - 8 weeks, and shipping is UPS or USPS, insured. Follow-up status is provided and I will contact you when it's ready. Commissions may be ordered pre-paid, or with half-deposit and balance due on completion. With your request you will receive a written statement/receipt with detailed description, measurements, and yarn samples for your verification before I start weaving. Returns generally not accepted, however, if there is a problem with sizing or fit, I will remedy it.

Re: Style and Size.
Most styles shown here are sized S,M, L, which is adaptable to all body shapes. As a general guide, a T-Top (like a loose Tshirt) is sized as S= 24" wide, M = 26" wide, and L = 29" wide. It's best to measure one of your own shirts at its widest point. Length varies with style.

Cocoons and Shruggies are flexible, loose wraps with collars and sleeves. Cocoon length is generally to lower-thigh and Shruggie length is to waist or hip. Arm length is generally to elbow. Larger people have worn short cocoons as a shruggie or jacket, and smaller people have worn large cocoons as a long coat. Whatever your shirt size, (as above-S,M,or L), apply that to a cocoon.

Shawls, Throws: Shawls are about 2' x 6.5'. Throws are 3'x 5' or 4'x 6', commissioned.

Scarves may be plain tabby weave, novelty loop scarves – each about 4” wide with variable lengths. Or novelty triangles – approx. 50” at widest side.

Triangle Throws/Shawls are generally 6.5’ –7’. at the widest side. Note: Throws require resetting the loom and therefore more time.

RE: Color: My colors are predominantly one color, but up close will show many varied shades that may shift throughout the piece. For example, a medium blue wrap may actually include strands of royal, sky, slate, aqua, periwinkle, with touches of violet and teal, but the overall color will appear medium blue. You may order any shades of your choice. The more colors used, the more time involved. For "Rainbow shawls" please allow more flexibility with dye and color preferences.

I would not want to weave something for you that you did not like, so if you have a color swatch for matching, I will find shades to "go with".This tells me your choice, however, please allow for variences in hand-dyeing and mix of shading. Tip: a good tool in choosing shades is the panatone color palette. http://www.panatone.com/colorfinder.aspx)

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept Paypal, or MC/Visa. Garments are sent UPS or USPS, priority and insured, within 2-3 days of receipt of order and payment. Final total includes FL tax @7.5% , shipping and insurance @ $8.50 within US; or outside US, $16. Paypal adds a slight surcharge for overseas sales.
If you are commissioning another color, size or style, with your request you will receive a written statement/receipt with detailed description, measurements, and yarn samples for your verification before I start weaving. At that point, commissions may be ordered pre-paid, or with half-deposit and balance due on completion. Orders take approximately 6-8 wks, and I will contact you when it's ready.
Shipping
Shipping is UPS or USPS, priority and insured, and will be sent within 2-3 days of receipt of order and cleared payment. If you have a deadline, I will try to work with you. Confirmation is by the insurance claim#.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to me. Handweavings will naturally have variances and with care, will naturally age to be softer and more comfortable with wear. Regarding new, unused items, available in direct sales from my shops, returns are accepted within 10 days. Regarding commissions, every effort is made to create an item from your descriptions, colors, and size upon your verification of same. Custom orders are not returnable, however, if there is a problem with fit, I will remedy it.
Additional policies and FAQs
Care: Handweavings of natural fibers can be hand-washed and hung or laid to dry. Except for more delicate lacework they might also be washed in the washer on a "wool" or "delicate" cycle - ie, No hot temperatures! No agitation! And no dryers! Lay wet garments on a line or drying rack. After cleaning, stretch gently and iron lightly to retain shape, and comb out fringes. If hung while traveling, most wrinkles will hang out. With storage away from sunlight and insects, these weavings may be passed on through generations and will become softer and lovelier as they age.
