What Type of Rentals Do You Offer?
5-Day Rentals: This allows brides to rent for their engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, local wedding day or elopement, styled shoot, etc.
What if the Item Doesn't Fit?
If your item does not fit, you're given a 25% refund if item is shipped back within 24 hours in original state.
Once the item has arrived for rental and 24 hours have passed, I do not allow refunds as you have received your piece.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 1-7 business days, depending on location.
What is the Refund Policy?
You're given a 25% refund, if the dress does not fit and is shipped back within 24 hours.

Care instructions
Your item will arrive to you in a clean and dry-cleaned state. Please do not attempt to wash any of these dresses in a washing machine. These dresses are all very delicate and will be dry cleaned after it has been returned.
What is the Rental Agreement?
5 Day Rentals (including the rented piece, garment bag and hanger) must be returned using provided return label within 5 days of receiving. If item does not fit, renter must return item within 24 hours of receiving, using provided return label to receive 25% refund. Items are to not be altered, sewed, or changed in any way.
Renter/Client is fully liable for all items not shipped within the time allotted at a penalty of $100 per day late as well as fully liable for items damaged in any way. If item is fully damaged and unable to be used again, renter is liable for full retail amount of the gown, determined by WeddingDressRentals/Consultant.

If you’re a photographer in the state of Arizona and you’re interested in renting one of these gowns for a styled shoot, I have a special offer for you! You can rent any of these dresses for a 1-day rental at 50% off, in exchange for a review on my etsy shop and your images of the gowns sent to me for marketing purposes.
