5 out of 5 starsI spent a lot of time looking at different illustrators on Etsy who will do wedding venue maps, and I settled on this shop because I liked Natacha's style and the prices were reasonable.
I am very very happy with how the final product turned out - Natacha incorporated all of our feedback on the first proof and the high quality final product looks great printed.
It did take bit longer than expected to get the first proof back, but Natacha offered a second print to make up for the delay, which I really appreciated and shows this shop's commitment to customer service. I will definitely return for any other custom illustrations we want for the wedding or for other events. -

I accept return in case I send the incorrect or incomplete items or error on my fault. I do not take responsibility for misspelling or any typo, as seen on the approved proof, on the final product. Because I always send you the proof to review it before sending the high resolution digital files. I make the final product from your approved proof.

Please contact me about rush order and let me know the due date you need the items BEFORE placing order. So that I'm aware of the rush. Otherwise, I will not take responsibility if I missed the deadline.

Additional charge will be one-time charged for the same kind of changes and I will continue proofing until you are pleased.

♥ WHAT WILL I RECEIVE IF I ORDER DIGITAL PRINTABLE FILES ??
I will do the unlimited edits for you. You will not be able to edit files by yourself.
You will receive high resolution PDF and JPEG files, 300 ppi in CMYK color mode. Each file includes the BLEED area for printing (0.125" or 3mm on each side).
Invitation;
Full Bleed Size: 5.25" x 7.25"
Card Trim Size: 5" x 7"
RSVP;
Full Bleed Size: 3.75" x 4.75"
Card Trim Size: 3.5" x 4.5"
I can provide .TIFF file and can put 2 per sheet or 4 per sheet upon request.

♥ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FROM START UNTIL I RECEIVE IT?
I normally send the digital proof in 3 days after your payment.
(For some product, it might take more than 3 days, please check listing description for each product.)
Proofing can take from only 1 day, after sending the first proof, to weeks depends on how many times you need changes and how soon you respond.
Normally it takes about a few days if no many changes need.
Then I will send the link to download high resolution files after you approved the final proof.
I can manage to expedite order if you need it rush. Please contact me BEFORE placing order.
♥ CAN YOU CHANGE THIS DESIGN INTO OTHER EVENT INVITATION ??
I can change this design to be invitation for bridal shower, wedding shower, baby shower, birthday party, sweet 16, anniversary celebration, fund raising, prom or any event invitation.
Wording can be customized without additional charge.
♥ CAN I ORDER THE SAMPLE??
I'm sorry currently I don't do a sample for both Hard copy sample and Digital sample.
I normally send the digital proof after I got the payment for the order and I'll make unlimited changes on the proof until you love it.
♥ RECOMMEND PAPER
♥ FOR CARD
I recommend you to use the WHITE card stock to get the accurate colors as all colors come from the printer.
If you use the cream card stock or colored card stock, the color will be changed.
The thickness of paper I would recommend is at least 240 gsm or 110 lbs. The thickness of paper depends on your preference.
♥ FOR SIGN
I recommend you to print sign at the professional printer shop or online printing on the WHITE paper, poster or foam board to get the accurate colors.
All colors (including chalkboard background) will be printed out together.
♥ WHAT IF I NEED TO ADD GUEST NAMES ON FILE BY MYSELF
I will create the editable PDF file with only 1 editable line for guest names.
So you will be able to edit the guest name line and type you guest names there.
Editable PDF files will be provided only upon request.
