RETURNS
Some none personalized items may be returned for a refund but will be subject to a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost back to us.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES for orders outside of the US
Orders outside of the United States MAY be subject to local duties and taxes. They are YOUR responsibility. These are not shipping costs, but your local taxes. Please check with your local post office to see if you will be subject to additional taxes/duties or customs fees in order to receive your items.
Shipment costs are completely paid in FULL by us when the items are tendered to the US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. We will not refund or cancel any purchase refused or returned due to failure to pay proper local tax.
