Welcome to Wee Gardens!

I am a one woman shop based out of St. Louis, Missouri. I opened Wee Gardens to sell moss terrariums, and then added a few flower hair clips. The hair clips turned out to be more popular, and that small idea has blossomed into a full line of wedding accessories.

I strive to offer high-quality handmade items, with great workmanship, and exceptional customer service. I have worked with over 3000 brides, and it has been such a rewarding experience…I truly love what I do!

A little bit about the doggie bowties….
After my father passed away, we discovered that he donated more than we knew to animal charities. Being a huge animal lover myself, I am committed to carrying on his legacy. I started my bowtie line in his honor, and donate 20% of the proceeds to Pet Rescue Network in St. Louis (www.PetRescueNetworkSTL.com). Pet Rescue Network is a wonderful organization that is dedicated to finding permanent, loving, and responsible homes for pets that have been referred by shelters, veterinarians, and animal welfare groups.

Returns and exchanges

Because your satisfaction is very important to me, I strive to provide quality products that I believe you will love. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me. Item(s) are returnable for a full product refund via PayPal provided they are sent back within 7 days of the date shipped. Refund does not include original shipping costs. Item must be in new and unused condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

No refunds or exchanges are accepted for custom orders. All custom work is final sale.

Payment

Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. I accept Paypal or Money Order. Please send me a message if you have any questions about payment.

Shipping

All items are made to order, unless labeled as “READY TO SHIP”. Made to order items ship within the time frame specified in the listing. “READY TO SHIP” items are mailed within 4 days after payment is received. I do offer rush service if you need an item processed faster than what is specified in the listing. Rush service is $10. If you need a rush order, please contact me before purchasing.

All items are shipped via USPS First Class mail which usually takes 3-5 business days for those who live within the continental United States.

I ship to the address you provide in Etsy, so please make sure your shipping address is correct.

*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For customers living outside of the United States, contact me for shipping quotes.

International shipping may take some time to get through customs. Delivery to some countries takes 1-2 weeks, and others can take 3-5 weeks. Please order in enough time to allow for shipping. Shipping to Canada usually takes 3-5 weeks.

All International buyers... before making a purchase please check with your country for possible customs tax, VAT tax, and/or duty tax which you may have to pay upon receipt of your item(s).
