2 out of 5 starsBook was in perfect condition and exactly what I needed. But...... Having to wait 3 weeks for it to even have been mailed was NOT acceptable. Also the non communication, and the ignoring my pleas where my purchase was, was a factor as well. I Personally will not use this seller again. Date stamp of my purchase and you mailing the book does not lie, remember that!!

Sorry for the delay, Purchase made Oct 8, however due to computer problems I did not know about your purchase until Oct 23 at which time it was mailed immediately . I do strive to give good service and quality product. Not my fault that Canada Post does not offer tracking on craft book mailings. Please let me know if you wish to have books packaged as a PARCEL and pay the extra postage for tracking. This is the first time I have had such a problem.
