Announcement
Serious collectors own heirloom quality miniature food as a keepsake that can be passed down the generations. Here you can find museum quality miniature dollhouse food handmade by IGMA Artisan Kathy Obrenski that is a piece of art.
All items are made in the standard dollhouse scale of one inch (1:12) and I use a digital micrometer to ensure accurate scale dimensions. I make several prototypes and destroy them before making the final item, which makes my work truly OOAK (one of a kind).
I specialize in making realistic fruit, vegetables, cakes, other assorted pastries and various dioramas.
My work was featured early as March 2000 in Miniature Collector and continues to be featured in various other miniature magazines, as recently as February 2020 in American Miniaturist. I was awarded IGMA Artisan Status in 2004 but suffered a stroke before I was awarded Fellow Status.

For the past 15 years I have become obsessed with making the most realistic miniature food possible. In addition to duplicating existing pastries in scale, I also love to create unique design specialties.
