Hello, my name is Solansh Moya. I am a zinester and writer. I make perzines, which are personal zines about my thoughts and feelings about things in my personal life. Making personal zines is extremely important because it's a way for me to reach out to other people to feel less alone in the world. Through my zines, I want people to feel heard, understood, and loved. I want them to feel like they've found a friend in me. My zines talk about things from molestation to being jobless, to anxiety, to stories that are a bit more lighthearted, like my fear of snakes and positive affirmations. I also make fanzines like my latest "Sunset Curve Fanzine," a fictional zine about the fictitious band Sunset Curve from the show Julie and the Phantoms. I make all kinds of zines, but my favorite type is mini zines, which you will find in my Etsy shop. I am also the creator of the blog series, "Meet this Zinester," where I interview different zinesters worldwide about their thoughts and views on zines and their zine-creative process. I created this blog to encourage everyone to create and have fun doing it; there is no right or wrong way of doing it. I also made this series to give zinesters a place to showcase their amazing zines and talents. I am also one of the creators of the zine collective Weirdo Brigade, a zine that showcases poetry and different art mediums by various artists worldwide.
