***All caps are custom made with care to your specifications (size, crown height, and--if you choose it--customizing with embroidery). We're working hard every day to fill orders and thank you in advance for your patience!***
Add embroidery to your cap! After selecting your cap, click on the “Add Embroidery to Your Welding Cap” listing. We can customize your welding cap with your name, local number, or other message. Please limit to 20 characters. The message will be embroidered on the hatband or bill (you choose when selecting item). We will select a thread color that complements the fabric. When checking out, enter the message in the box "Additional message to seller".
Check out our new caps made with an ultra-comfortable cotton flannel lining! It's getting colder...keep your head warm. We have listings of flannel lined caps, but we can put flannel lining in ANY of our regular weight caps...just add that in the Notes to Seller section.

100% Cotton Welding Caps for Hard-Working People
Our good friend Mike is an electrician and he turned us on to making welding caps. He had a great idea and has been a super supporter (we can't wait for his next awesome idea!).
All of our welding caps are made with 100% premium cotton fabrics that are pre-washed before assembly to prevent shrinking. We think they are the most comfortable cap you could wear under your welding helmet or hard hat.
