Packaging and Shipment
All orders are picked and packed by a third party fulfilment warehouse staff. We have partner warehouses in the UK, US and EU. If you are based in the USA or EU, depending on the stock availability, your order may be shipped internally, in which case the delivery times will be much shorter than advertised. However, we reserve the right to fulfil our product from the UK, and the estimated delivery times reflect that.
Please note that tracking is only included as standard for the following orders:
UK orders above £15.99, i.e. orders below this amount will be sent untracked
International orders above $39.00, i.e. orders below this amount will be sent untracked
If you wish to upgrade your order to tracked, you can do so at checkout.
Custom and personalised orders
I am afraid we don't make custom or personalised orders. This includes specifically requested titles, unfortunately. However, we constantly add to our collection, so please come back soon!

All our crossbody bags and wallets are made with vegan-friendly faux leather.
All our tote bags are made with 100% polyester.
No animals or books were harmed in the making of our products.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We are unable to offer any gift wrapping or packaging as our products have been pre-packed to ensure the shortest possible processing times.
Wholesale availability

Conditions of return - Addendum
We are unable to cover the cost of reshipping the item back to the buyer after a return in these three instances:
a) the buyer originally gave us the wrong address
b) the buyer has failed to pick up the item from the post office/depot within the allotted time frame
c) the buyer has missed repeated attempts by the carrier to deliver the item to their address.
