Announcement    I’m rebranding! "Well They Tried" is being retired, and everything will now be under Neither / Nour

I’ve been thinking about this for awhile. I am on the way to achieving a decades long dream of becoming a tattooer, and I want people to be able to look for my work with the name I introduce them with at the shop.

When I started Well They Tried, I couldn’t come up with a name at all. It felt unworthy of anything special, and I gave it the same consideration I gave our WiFi network name at home. I’d been used to failing, and the best thing I could think of achieving was trying. I was ready to shrug at more defeat, because that was the pattern I’d gotten used to.

But I’ve been growing a lot, and this little venture is still going strong despite everything that’s happened in the past year. I’m getting my hopes up now. It’s a milestone to allow myself to do that. So this might not be a significant gesture for most people reading this, but to me, it signifies a big shift that’s been a long time coming.

Thank you everyone who has been involved in my journey, in even the smallest of ways. I can’t wait to put some art on y’all!
