Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of the digital item we do not accept exchanges or refunds. We take no responsibility for items which are purchased accidentally or if the buyer is not happy with the item. However we ask that you get in touch if there are any problems with the item so that we can work to resolve any issues.
How do I download my item(s)?
Files will need to be downloaded using a computer and browser as Etsy does not currently support downloads on tablet or phone. To download go to 'purchases and reviews' which can be found by clicking on your profile icon in the top right hand corner, this will direct you to the purchases page where you will find a 'download files' button next to your order, this will direct you to the downloads page where you will see all the files attached to your order - these can then be downloaded to your computer by clicking the 'Download' button.

Will I receive the item printed on paper?
No - Items available are DIGITAL ITEMS ONLY which are downloaded to your computer, you will not receive a physical printed version.
The poster I want to purchase is not available in the size I need, what can I do?
If the poster is not available in the size you would like then please get in touch and we will do our best to tailor the fit to suit your requirements
Can I edit the forms?
No - we do not currently offer editable forms and all forms are NON-EDITABLE.
Are the forms fileable?
No - items listed are not currently filable. However this is something we may incorporte into our forms in the future.
Can you add my logo to the forms?
We do not currently offer customization of our digital items however please do get in touch if there are any changes you would like made to the item and we will be able to discuss a solution.
