The Wendaful team works hard to make sure you are happy with each and every order. If however you are unhappy with your order please convo us through Etsy or email us at wendafuldesigns [!at] gmail.com. We offer a 30 - day return policy on most unused, unopened products. Depending upon the nature of the return, we will usually offer either a refund or a store credit.

To start a return claim:

*Please contact us as soon as you notice any damage or defect in your product(s). All return claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
*Provide photos of defect or damage to your product(s) if needed.
*Follow our instructions if we ask you to return any product(s) to us. (you will be responsible for any return shipping fees)
*There will be no returns on Final sale and clearance items.

All return claims will be considered on an individual basis.

There will be no refunds or returns. Please double check your planner and sizes before purchasing, if you aren't sure which size insert to get for your planner please email me at hello [!at] wendaful.com

I gladly accept payments from PayPal and direct checkout.

If you would like to request a cancelation to an order it must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

California residents are required to pay an additional 9% sales tax. This is automatically calculated in your order fee. Sorry, neighbors, but it's the law!

Please double check your shipping address prior to processing your order. We will not be responsible if your package is returned to us due to incorrect addresses or names on the package.

If the package is returned to us buyer is responsible for fees to re-ship.

U.S. ORDERS

*U.S. orders are shipped via USPS and have an estimated delivery of 3-8 BUSINESS days (after processing period) depending on where you are located in the USA.
*Please note this does NOT include weekends or holidays.
*All domestic orders come standard with tracking that updates within 24-48 hours of shipment.
*Please be patient with the tracking as it can be slow to update online sometimes.
*Once an item is marked 'shipped' it is then in the hands of the USPS, and out of my control.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

*International orders are shipped via USPS and have an estimated delivery of 7-14 BUSINESS days (after processing period).
*Please note this does NOT include Weekends or Holidays.
*All international orders are sent without tracking to lessen costs.
*There is an option at checkout to upgrade your shipping to add tracking though.
*Please be patient with the tracking as it can be slow to update online sometimes.
*Once an item is marked 'shipped' it is then in the hands of the USPS, and out of my control.

**For any problems regarding tracking, you can take the tracking number to your local post office and they can further assist you in the retrieval of your order.

No items will be shipped. All products will be sent to you when payment has been confirmed.

1. Upon payment completion, you will get an email from Etsy with the download link. (please allow a few minutes for this email)

2. Or, you can also download the purchase by going to:

Etsy Account > Purchases > Download Button (located next to the name of the item purchased)

Custom Orders: Unfortunately I cannot accept any custom orders at this time.

Coupon Codes: Coupon codes cannot be combined. By policy Etsy allows one coupon code per order. Though I do have multiple codes available only ONE code can be used per transaction. Once an order is placed coupon codes cannot be added.
