Returns and exchanges
Please send me a message if you have any problems. All my items are well packaged, and unfortunately if they are damaged in the post (not a usual occurrence!) I will take the matter up with Royal Mail.

In the unlikely event you with to return an item please be aware that you will be responsible for the postage costs of the returned item.
As soon as your item is paid for I will start work on it....

Please be aware that you are responsible for any further taxes you need to pay. Any custom made items need to be paid for before I start making them - and I have a no cancellation policy on them.

As soon as your item is paid for I will begin creating it the next working day.
Please allow 5 working days for the creation of your item. I will always keep you informed of the estimated posting date for your order, so you can keep an eye out for it coming through your letter box!

Items are always carefully bubble wrapped with due care and attention
All items are sent by First Class Royal Mail. In the case of those of you who live over the water from me (i.e not in the UK), please note that your item will be sent by Royal Mail airmail, and they do not provide tracking numbers!

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred...... for overseas buyers please be aware that due to customs officials being safety conscious more than ever these days, please be patient when waiting for your item to arrive.
