How to CARE for your hand carved rubber stamps:
♥ When done using stamp, you can run under warm water and then blot clean with a damp towel or sponge. Dry and store in a cool place.
♥ Never rub across the surface of you stamp
♥ Sometimes the ink will stain your stamp. Don’t worry – if you clean it properly it won’t transfer the next time you use it, just the rubber will be stained.
♥ Store your stamps face side up, and if you are going to layer them put a piece of felt or other such material between the two, don't stack them on top of each other :)
Laser cut rubber stamps can be cleaned by impressing it onto a baby wipe or wet paper towel.
All orders are shipped to the address listed on the PAYPAL transaction.

If you see an item that I’ve sold is no longer in the shop, convo me. I may be able to make it again.
PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand so no two items are identical. Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos. Also, when I transfer an image onto the carving material for the hand carved stamps, my lines are black. This is the black that you see on your stamp, it is not ink. The stamp you receive has never been used, and the black from the transfer will in no way effect your stamped images!
You may sell items crafted by you using most of my rubber stamps at craft fairs and over the internet. The ones that cannot be used have a note at the bottom of the listing saying so. If you sell items using my stamps on the internet please leave a link to my shop in your listing with credit for the stamp! Thank you!
Payment has to be made before any item will ship. Please try to make payment within 48 hours of purchase. If you pay with an e-check, item will not ship until your check has cleared.
I accept payments made through paypal and credit cards through Etsy. Don't forget, you can pay with credit card through paypal even if you don't have an account!
Shipping is via First Class mail. Please contact me if you wish to add insurance or a different method of delivery is desired. Please be aware, once a package is marked "accepted' into the USPS system, we can not be held accountable for any lost or missing packages if you do not purchase insurance with your package. No replacements or refunds will be issued if the package is not insured. I cannot be held responsible for a missing package. If you have had your delivery confirmation number confirm that your package was delivered in the past and it was not or if you have had packages go missing before, please consider purchasing insurance for your order! Please convo me prior to ordering so I can add insurance to your package. The only delivery method with a guaranteed arrival date is Express Mail. If you do not purchase Express Mail, please note I cannot guarantee an exact arrival date. USPS can take longer than expected to deliver a package. Once a package as marked *accepted* into the USPS system I cannot be held accountable for delivery dates or times.
Packages will be mailed to the address listed on Paypal. Please contact me if this is not the address you wish to use.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my best to describe items as accurately as possible. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me.
CUSTOM ORDERS are not able to be returned or refunded. Proofs of your custom stamp will be provided and the stamp is not made until there is approval of the proof, so be sure that everything looks exactly how you would like it to be and there are no mistakes before giving me the go ahead!
NON CUSTOM STAMPS: May be returned as long as the item is postmarked within three (3) days of receiving it and it is returned in the condition in which it was shipped. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
INSURANCE* If you would like your package to be FULLY insured, please contact us PRIOR to ordering to add more insurance to your package. If your order is lost in transit or damaged or broken in transit, you must fill out a claim with USPS to be reimbursed. We do not issue refunds for lost, broken, or damaged items. That is strictly covered by USPS and based on the amount of insurance on the package. Buyer is responsible for filing any and all claims for damaged, broken, or lost packages.
