I can do custom orders. Please convo me with your requests for a design. Name personalization are available on any item. I always strive to make the best result that you will be happy with. Nearly all designs and fabrics can be interchanged on any item. If you see a design you like, but would like a different fabric or color of thread NO PROBLEM! Also, nearly every item can be personalized with a name. If you see a name/font in the sample picture, please note that I may have to change the font on your item to achieve the best possible result sometimes due to the length of the name.

Sizing charts can be provided when requested. Please choose the size carefully when ordering. Refunds will not be given due to sizing issues.

All items should be washed with care for best results. Wash inside out and hang to dry. A light iron over the garment will give the best results. Stabilizer is used and is necessary for proper embroidery. This allows for design longevity. Fusible backing has been used to cover finished applique and embroidery stitches on the inside of the clothing. This is to protect the back of the design from coming in contact with skin and causing irritation. The fusible backing is subject to heat and will come off when the shirt is dried in a dryer.

Due to the custom nature of your items, refunds will not be issued unless there is a defect with the garment itself (hole, stain etc). Photo of defect must be taken and provided within 24 hrs. Please take great care in selecting size and color options when ordering. Refunds will not be made based on sizing. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me before ordering. I check convos/emails often. Please understand that these items are HAND MADE. Small imperfections are part of the uniqueness and charm of the items you receive. I strive to provide my best for every item. I take great pride in my work and I want you to LOVE what you purchase.

West Point Stitches is not be responsible for packages lost in the mail. Insurance is available to cover any shipment. If you would like to add insurance to your package, please convo me for details.

The estimated time frame for receiving your item and ship date are on your receipt when ordering. Your time frame for completion does not begin until I have all the necessary information to begin your order (size, color, name, number) etc. If I have created a custom listing for you, your time frame also does not begin until payment is made. I want to get your items to you in a timely manner. I cannot start designing and making up your item until I have all the information needed. It will slow the process down if I have to track you down and send repeated emails requesting your details.
