Our products are Made in USA, specifically the Northeast Region, and created custom as ordered. They take 4-5 weeks to get to you, depending on your shipping selection and location. They are guaranteed for replacement against defects, and that they will hold up well with their intended use. We have tested them all ourselves over an extended period of time and are extremely satisfied with their quality and appearance. We love them! It is very important to us that you are thrilled with your purchase too, and we encourage you to tell us if you are feeling anything less than that when your product arrives.

If you are shopping for a specific event and are not sure there is enough time, we can take the worry of arrival off the plate by providing you with a lovely card illustrating your product, which you can then wrap up in time for the event, with the product to follow in arrival shortly thereafter.

As a thank you for your order, please note that even though it may not look like so on your order form, we will only be charging you for one product shipment to one location, for an order shipment of up to five products*. You will know your final shipping fee as the one product in your order with the highest shipping charge.
(Design items for your product do not count as a product)
*For product orders of more than the count of five, we will be basing the additional shipping cost on package size and weight beyond the initial fee for the first five. Since we are manually processing your order and payment, the adjustment can be made right then and we will notify you of your final calculated shipping fees for documented approval before we move ahead.
Returns and exchanges
Order cannot stopped once payment authorization has been received, nor can payment be refunded for a change of mind, as the products are custom manufactured for you. See our quality control and guarantee statement, which protects you for occurrences outside of your control.
Payment
Credit Cards are accepted for payment in full, required with the order placement. We will process your payment securely at our photo studio, B. St.Pierre Studio so that we can apply any shipping credits for orders having more than one product (design does not count as a product even though it has to be selected separately).

Your full billing address, 3-digit CCV Code from the back of the card & Expiration Date must be supplied with the card number. Your order will not be filled until your payment has been successfully processed. Shipping and any taxes or additional fees related to shipping are the buyer's responsibility and not included in the product order price.

Shipping
Shipping rates are for standard delivery, Continental USA destinations. All products in an order will be shipped together to the same address. Upgrades to a faster shipping may be requested and will be quoted specific to your total order size and packaging.

Additional policies and FAQs
Each item will be quality control checked before packaging for shipping to you. Should damage occur in shipping, a photo attachment of the damage to bonnie [!at] bstpierrestudio.com will be the first step in obtaining a replacement. UPS Ground return shipping and shipping of the new product out to you will be no charge in this situation. The product is guaranteed for 30 days for its intended use and no sign of misuse. We expect no product malfunction, but if you do experience unraveling seams, or a problem with the integrity of the product, it would probably appear within this time and then there is a definite issue that we want to know about right away. A photo attachment image to an email is the first step in that process to evaluate the problem and begin a resolution. Scratches, creases and scuffing that might come naturally with time, or issues that are a result of overstuffing bags or holding heavier weight than is reasonable to the product, is not cause for replacement.
