O.K heres the nitty gritty stuff you need to know.....
All of my jewellery in handcrafted in sterling silver and will be hallmarked as such where ever possible.
Any other materials used will be clearly stated in the items desciption.
All of my jewellery will arrive beautifully gift boxed.
Please make payment within three days of placing your order.
After that I will assume that you have had a change of heart and will cancel your order.
I very gladly accept payment through paypal or via direct credit .
Shipping to absolutely anywhere in the world is absolutely FREE !
Orders within NZ will be sent via courier post.
International orders will be sent via insured airmail.
We can't take any responsibility for your own countries customs rules though, so please do check for any additional fees you may be charged.
Made to order items are normally shipped from our workshop within one week .
Refunds and Exchanges
It is my job to make sure that you are entirely happy with your purchase.
Therefore if there should be a fault or a problem with the quality of your jewellery I will happily refund or exchange the item.
For ring purchases, please take care to order to correct size, as there will be a charge of $10 plus the cost of return postage to resize your order.
