I had a custom order that hit a few snags along the way as it was an international purchase. Christy was very helpful and responded quickly to my emails in order to make the sale go smoothly. The custom designed sign is beautiful and well made; can't wait to hang it!

Welcome to my little shop in the Sierra Nevada Mountains: WhatKnot WoodWorks....

....and thank you for stopping by.

Save on shipping when you order more than one of my products.

All of my products are created and stored in a smoke-free environment.

If you see an item that I’ve sold and is no longer in the shop, please email or convo me and I will see about making another for you.

GIFTS:
If you are having me ship the item to a gift recipient and wish to include a card, please let me know. I will instruct you where to mail me the card and I will include it in the shipment at no charge.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Quite often I can customize items beyond just the wording: color, images, size, etc. if you would like further customization, please contact me before placing your order.

I will email you a "proof" of your customized item before I start production. Once I receive your approval, I will begin crafting your item.

All of my designs, photographs and content are copyright © Christy Stevens. Please do not use, distribute or copy without my written consent.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
My standard payment method is through PayPal**. If this is not an option for you, please contact me and we'll see what we can work out.

** You don't need a PayPal account to use your credit card. Just click the PayPal payment button and choose the option to pay with a credit or debit card without signing up for an account.

Same day payment is preferred. If, after 3 days, your payment has not been made and you have made no communication with me, the item will be re-listed.
Thanks for your understanding and prompt payment!

California residents : 7.25% sales tax will be added to your invoice.
Shipping
I ship USPS Priority Mail. If you prefer another method, please contact me and we'll see what we can do.

If your PayPal and Etsy addresses do not match, I will ship your purchase to your PayPal address unless you have made other arrangements with me.

I combine shipping on multiple items shipped to the same address. The cost is indicated in each item's listing.

Your order will ship 7-10 days from time of order; custom orders will ship 7-10 days from day of approval.

I do not ship on weekends.

BEFORE YOU PAY:
LOST/DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If you want your package insured, please contact me. I will send you an updated invoice.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
I ship internationally but will need to calculate the cost and send you an updated invoice. Please contact me for your specific rate. You will be responsible for all fees, taxes and duties associated with your shipment. Returns will not be accepted due to customs taxes, fees or duties.

LOCAL PICKUP:
If you prefer to pick up your item at my shop, please let me know and I will send you an updated invoice. We can then make arrangements for pick-up. Customers are always welcome to come and visit my shop.

Refunds and Exchanges
Custom Items: No refunds on custom products once you have approved the design and production has started. I email drafts of all customized products and do not start production until I have received your approval.

For lost shipments or damage caused during shipment, please see my Shipping Policy.

Returns and exchanges require prior approval. Please contact us.
-- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days from receipt of item and must be returned in saleable condition and in adequate packaging to protect the item.
-- Customer pays all return postage (insurance is recommended). If you have not purchased insurance, we will not be liable for loss/damages.
-- Refunds on authorized returns will be issued as soon as we receive the returned merchandise in saleable condition.

For international orders, returns will not be accepted due to customs taxes, fees or duties unless there is an error on our part.

NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES will be given for damaged merchandise (unless insured).
NO REFUNDS will be given on customer approved custom orders (unless there is an error on our part).
NO EXCHANGES will be given on custom orders.
