Can I upgrade my shipping option to Priority Shipping?
Yes, I would be happy to ship your items Priority Mail. I do not offer this as an option within my listings because I want to ensure your product will be able to be delivered by the specified date before purchase. Contact me for details and to upgrade shipping.
Can each piece I order have a different initial or number?
Yes, every single piece is made to order, to your specifications. You may choose any initials or numbers you'd like.
Where do I leave personalization requests?
In the notes to seller at checkout. Once you've added an item to your cart, you can leave a message with your personalization needs in the notes to seller. Please leave requests in the notes to seller, as requests through convo will delay shipment.
Do I need to submit a custom order request?
Maybe. If you like an item you see in our shop and want it 'as is', but with different letters/numbers/dates, please add it to your cart and leave your personalization request in the notes to seller at checkout. If you like an item in our shop, but would like to make changes to the font or add additional lines of text, then send a customization request. Additional fees may apply for custom orders when changing a design.
