Welcome to my shop - I sell spinning equipment, wool and fiber for spinning, weaving, felting and fiber art.
My wool and fiber are sourced from hobby farmers in the UK, who care about the welfare of their animals and give them best possible environment, some wool/fiber comes from my own farm, where we grow our animals to organic standards.

Payment

Please pay within two days of purchase; If you need to reserve an item, please contact me.
My prices do not include tax - if applicable, all taxes are payed by the buyer in accordance with the Customs regulations in your country.
I accept direct checkout or PayPal, and Etsy gift cards

Delivery

I ship my items as soon as possible after the payment has been received - the dispatch times are stated in each listing; if there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, I will send you a message to let you know when your item will be shipped.

The shipping quotes are estimated for a cheapest unrecorded uninsured shipping - if you would like a different shipping type, please contact me to arrange.

I always obtain certificate of shipping and am happy to provide it if required; once the item has been shipped, the length of delivery period is beyond my control

It is not always easy to predict the shipping cost to a particular country - please contact me for a more accurate shipping quote to your country, especially if buying more than one item.
