All our Custom Cut Child size scarves, ponchos and embroidered scarves are FINAL and not returnable/exchangeable. Please select plaid patterns carefully and review EVERY embroidery detail before purchasing. Any questions, please contact prior to placing an order~

Due to the handmade nature of the product, items may slightly vary. Handmade items are unique and special in a way that is all their own. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. Depending on your screen setting, colors may appear differently to you. If colors are a concern and it is important to you, please contact prior to placing an order. I can show close up photos and can usually reply right away. Note that we will not be able to accept exchanges/returns if color do not match your dress. Brides! Always contact prior to placing an order regarding color!

Please make sure the plaid/color is the one that you need. If unsure of the quality or color, please purchase one to feel and see before ordering bulk.

Everyone has different expectation on the thickness and warmth of the blanket shawls. While I can't tell you they are thick or they are warm. They are enough for you to cover your shoulders for cute outside photos. They are good for something to have and to hold and to keep warm. However nothing can keep you warm if you stay out in a snowy day for hours. Please make sure you purchase one to see and feel in person if warmth is a concern.

We are not able to keep up with the swatches demand. We do not offer any swatches at this moment. Concern about color, feel, quality, warmth. Please purchase one sample to see and feel in person.

We create digital plaid patterns and work closely with our textile partner on selecting beautiful colors and best quality and weight of yarns. Please support originality so our team can continue to design new plaid patterns. Please stay away of cheap replicas that are made out of low quality yarns, low grade dyes, lesser thread counts and poor craftsmanship. Your wedding day is important, your girls who stands by your side and your supporting guests deserve the best quality gifts.

We offer free shipping for purchases $35 or more. Please TRIPLE check your mailing address before submitting an order. We ship to address on your Etsy invoice ONLY. If you've entered a wrong address and order is shipped to the wrong address. There will be shipping cost to RE-SHIP your package to the correct address. So, please TRIPLE check your mailing address.
