It's absolutely beautiful! Seller was nice and went out of her way to give me what I wanted. Even took a few trips to the post office to clarify shipping since we have an APO address. Will order from her again.

Please make payment thru Paypal. Should you need to make payment arrangements, send me a convo. If you would like to split up your payments, that is fine also. I will hold item for you until paid in full.

If you have reserved an item, please make a payment within 7 days unless you have sent me a convo and we have made other arrangements. If arrangements have not been made, I will relist the item.
I ship thru USPS parcel post/priority and Federal Express. What ever may be cheaper for our clients. Orders are sent out every Tuesday and Thursday of each week. Although, if you purchase an item early on a Tuesday or Thursday, that item may not be sent that day. We will need notice to pack items. Special shipping needs can be arranged. Just ask!!!

Insurance is included on all of our Federal Express items up to $100.00. If you have any questions, please convo me before you purchase. Packages sent out thru USPS include tracking; however, do not include insurance unless the customer ask and we will add to shipping price.

Please make sure your address is current and up to date on your etsy and paypal accounts,. We verify both addresses to ship your item. There will be NO refunds if shipped and the customer does not receive because of a wrong or out of date address on their etsy or paypal accounts.

I also use recycled boxes, packing material, etc. so that I can keep the shipping cost down for my clients. You may receive a package that doesn't look so pretty, but your item will be secured. If you prefer I use a Federal Express box and Federal Express packing material, there will be an extra charge. Again, just send me a convo.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason , you are not satisfied, please contact me immediately of recieving your package via message, let's talk, and I will do my best to repair, replace, or refund. I will also need a picture of the damaged item sent to me. I do no refund shipping if item is returned to me.

Just please NOTE....our items will not be perfect. They are vintage, salvaged life, upcycled and may have some dings...but that is what makes them so charming.
