Direct Etsy and Paypal accepted.

Custom orders require full payment up front, and will be shipped as soon as possible. Please convo me for a time estimate.

For items other than custom orders: If the item has not been shipped, buyer can cancel order. Money will be refunded with the exception of a $1 re-stocking fee and shipping costs.

If item has shipped, the item must be returned in re-stocking condition. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. All glass ornaments that are mailed within the US are insured, so if item is damaged it will be covered anyway. In order to recieve refund buyer must comply with requests of the seller, which include but not limited to: taking photos of damaged items, making a trip to the post office, etc....
I will ship anywhere! Please see my International shipping if you are outside the lower 48 states.

Please allow five business days for item to be ready to ship. If you want it shipped sooner than that please convo me. Notes in the purchase will not be considered a convo.

* SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Don't forget to double check your listed mailing address. If your address in your PayPal and Etsy address do not match, I will ship your purchases to your Etsy invoice address as the default, provided at the time of purchase, unless you let me know otherwise.

U.S. Customers: Tracking is available for an additional fee.. I can upgrade to faster shipping, just be sure to leave in your note the best way to contact you. If item is damaged in route, please refer to our refund policy. Customers can opt out of delievery confirmation and insurance on ornaments, but must waive the possibility of the refund.

International Customers:
I am happy to ship any time, any where, any way :) I'm happy to include gift notes too if your purchase is to be shipped directly to a gift recipient.


International orders are shipped via First Class International (USPS) which at this time, offers no tracking. I cannot be held responsible for pacakges that are lost once they leave my hands. Please know the custom laws of your country and plan accordingly, I cannot be responsible for items held in customs. If you would like an upgrade to Priority or Global International please feel free to inquire about the costs.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items Damaged in shipping can be replaced or refunded. Custom orders are non-refundable. Other refunds or exchanges are subject to approvals. Buyer is asked to send a picture and a short explanation on why they want to return.

Shipping costs will be subtracted from the refund and/or exchange. Buyer is also responsible for return shipping plus shipping insurance and delievery confirmation.

Items *must* be returned in the exact condition received and when possible, in mint & re-sellable condition. If an item is returned and expected to be returned in re-sellable condition (via communication between myself and the customer) but is received damaged, I cannot offer a refund. It would be wise to purchase delievery confirmation and insurance (where applicable), for which case you will be refunded that way.
