Whimsy Sisters is one woman's attempt to find a way to make a better life for herself and others by saving gorgeous fashions from the past so they can be re-appreciated. And bringing back the respect and favor of home crafted items.
Simplistic living, and the admiration of all things re-purposed is practiced here.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
  • Money Order
PayPal Payment should be made within 3 days or the item will be relisted.
Unless of course you contact me. Also, other methods of payment such as checks or money orders might be considered. Please convo me to discuss this. If another method is accepted your purchase will not ship until your payment has cleared.

Also, I am willing to hold an item for you for 7 days if at that time payment has not been made the item goes back into the store.
Or if you'd like to arrange a 30 day hold I am willing to do that with a 10% deposit. The deposit is non refundable but can be used as store credit for a different item.
I will use whichever shipping method is least expensive and only charge you the correct amount. My profit comes from the price of the item, not shipping. If you prefer to use a particular method just ask, I will do my best to make that happen. I commonly use USPS First Class or Priority. For larger items I will have to provide a quote, again just convo me, provide your zip and I'll provide the quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are on a case by case basis and you must contact me within 10 days. Obviously if an item is breakable I will insure it before shipping (at your cost built into the shipping quote).
As for buyer's remorse, wrong color, wrong size or "not what I expected" there will be NO refunds.
I provide measurements, descriptions and as much detail as I can. You are always encouraged to convo me to ask for additional information.
Additional policies and FAQs
Are you in search of a particular item or style? If there is something you are interested in but not ready to purchase I am willing to place an item on hold for a period of one week, 7 days. If at that time you have not contacted me the item will be open to other buyers.
