Hello! Received the cute little pipe cleaner dogs. They are standing on my computer watching me all the time! I especially like the one with the white eyes... I can see him watching me!!! Ha!!!

Payment
Please pay through Paypal. I'd really appreciate payment before I send the item.
Shipping
I aim to send orders within two to three days of receiving them. To keep postage costs low I use first class post in the UK and standard Airmail for outside the UK.

If you’d like items sent in a different way (e.g. more quickly or with insurance cover) please convo me before you order, so I’m clear about your requirements and can let you know how much the cost of postage will increase.

Once posted, first class mail within the UK should arrive within one working day (though it can take longer). Standard Airmail usually takes three to four days to European destinations and about five days to the rest of the world. If you’re ordering from Europe please convo me for a slight reduction on the postage costs quoted for “everywhere else”.

Please be aware that any customs fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

I send all items in padded envelopes. In addition to this my cards are packaged in protective cellophane sleeves. Whenever possible I use recycled packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges
I pack all my items carefully and securely so everything you order from me should arrive in good condition. If any item is damaged when it arrives please let me know (within a week of receiving it) and I'll sort out a replacement if I can.

If you’re not happy with what you’ve bought, please contact me within a week of receiving it. I’ll let you know how to return the item and we can sort out a refund or exchange.
