Welcome! Whipstitch is my outlet for a lifelong obsession with fabric. I'm thrilled to share that with you, and frankly, really glad you're helping me justify having all this fabric around to handle all day long!

I work hard to provide you with OUTSTANDING customer service, like, wayyy beyond what you've come to expect. Always feel free to give comments or criticism, and know that if you're not happy, I'll do whatever I can to make it right!

Returns and exchanges
I can't offer refunds on fabric that has been cut to order for you, but will happily do so on pre-cut items like fat quarters, jelly rolls and fabric squares.

Any fabric that arrives to you in damaged condition I will replace with a clean cut of the same fabric--just let me know!

All liquidation sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Thanks for understanding!

Shipping
Your fabric comes to you wrapped in a protective plastic bag, and we always include a little surprise or two! We're also happy to ship to a gift recipient--just ask through convo.

Shipping is via USPS unless you specifically request otherwise (just convo me!).

Domestic orders and Priority Mail international orders ship within 48 hours, Monday through Saturday via USPS to get it to you as fast as I can without costing you a fortune. First class international packages (international orders of less than 3 yards) ship Monday and Thursday.

We ship to your PayPal address--please make sure that you've updated PayPal since your last move, or your package may be in the happy hands of someone else! I'm happy to add insurance or delivery confirmation for a very small additional fee--just leave your requests in the "Buyer's Comments" section at checkout. Please know that Whipstitch can't be held responsible for packages that go astray in the mail.

International customers--convo me for accurate invoicing and shipping costs.
