I accept payment by credit or debit card or Paypal.

I use Royal Mail 1st class for all UK shipments and your order will be shipped within 1 - 3 working days of receipt of payment. Where possible I will try to post orders the next working day.

I also offer the ability to upgrade your order to the 1st Class "Signed For" service, please choose this option at checkout if you prefer. This service will require a signature on delivery. I cannot be held responsible for any issues with delivery if you do not choose the "Signed For" service.

For International Orders, I use Royal Mail's Standard International Service. This can take between 4-16 working days, depending on location. Please note this is NOT a trackable service.

I also offer the ability to upgrade your order to the "International Tracked & Signed For" service, please choose this option at checkout if you prefer. This service is fully trackable (I will provide you with the tracking number) & will require a signature on delivery. I cannot be held responsible for any issues with delivery if you do not choose the "Tracked & Signed For" service.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
Please note, all orders will automatically be sent using the "International Tracked & Signed For" service as standard.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
Please note that you will be responsible for any duties or custom charges that may be imposed as a result of buying overseas.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as I cannot be held responsible for any problems that occur if incorrect details are provided.

If you require a custom order, please do get in touch to discuss your requirements. All orders come carefully wrapped, if you're purchasing an item as a gift I now provide a Gift Wrapping service as an add on.

Please measure your pets neck before placing your order, to ensure you get the correct size. When choosing the size, please consider the thickness of your pets fur as you may need to choose a larger size.
