All sizes and designs currently offered can be found in our active listings.
We do, however, offer a wide selection of personalized items - any text entered into a personalization box is added onto the purchased item. Please be sure to double check all spelling as your sign will be painted exactly as ordered.

If your purchase becomes damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery date with photos (photos are required) of any damages - including damaged packaging.

If, for any reason, you need to return an item for repair, please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items to be returned should be received in their original condition (apart from any damages that occurred during shipping to you) to avoid being charged for loss of value. We will not reimburse for outside repairs.

All sales are final.

If there are any damage issues with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report damage and submit pictures of the item(s) and any damage to the box(es) to be eligible for repair or replacement. Photos are required by our shipping companies to initiate damage claims. We will not repair/replace without them.

We are not responsible for reimbursement for outside repairs. We do NOT replace damaged items without receiving items back (return shipping is the responsibility of the customer) in the condition they were received.

Our current production time can be found on our listings. Please understand that, due to heavy order volume, we will need the full production time given to create your order. It’s only 2 of us and our items are completely handmade, which means they take a lot of time to prep, paint, assemble and package.

NO purchases will be rushed without purchasing the rush option during checkout.

Please note that expedited shipping is NOT the same as rush production.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you currently have an order in production and are wondering when it will ship, you can view your ship date on your receipt page under “Purchases and Reviews”.

We do not send digital proofs. We cannot send digital proofs for color choices since our items are painted and not printed/vinyl.

Please note that, if names/dates are added inside the personalization box, your item(s) will be painted exactly as you have written.

We are not responsible for misspellings, incorrect dates or any other incorrect information that appears on your items unless it does not match what you put in the personalization box.

Unless otherwise stated in the listing description, no photo props/florals/etc. are included with your purchase.

We have taken the time to make sure our listing photos and descriptions are as detailed as possible. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read listing descriptions thoroughly and contact us with any questions prior to purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed.

Effective 2022, we will close each year in December to celebrate the holidays, birthdays and anniversaries & will not resume production until February of the following year - so make sure to pay attention to ordering deadlines!

Our items are made from the highest grade and safest materials available. Unlike mass-printed items made from chipboard, there will be natural imperfections on wooden items. While we do our best to select the most flawless pieces possible and sand multiple times during prep, please understand that cracks and knots are considered normal on wooden items and that temperature will have an effect on wooden pieces as they expand and contract.

Knots (within our accepted standards) are often present on frames and add to the character and beauty of our items. We make no attempts to cover or avoid knots as we believe that real wood is beautiful as-is and best left unaltered.

Weather Wash products differ from your typical water or oil-based stains.

While water and oil-based stains produce a consistent finish on wood, Weather Wash products are reactive. Weather Wash products are tannin-reactive, meaning they react to the tannins in each individual piece of wood. What this means is that the over-all finish will vary on each piece of wood, so color variation is to be expected and is considered normal.

Each piece of wood (even from the same wood species) can be higher or lower in tannins than a piece from the same run, so we can NOT guarantee a consistent finish using Weather Wash stains. They give a more natural, weathered finish to the wood. Which is a big part of why we love them so much!

No. In fact, our customers think their items look better in person! However, please remember that these are hand made & hand painted pieces - they contain no vinyl, are not printed by machines, and are very heavy and sturdy.

We do our best to accurately represent color & our antiqued finish, but please note that different monitors and devices show color differently and lighting used in photos will impact display.

No frame nor background piece of wood will be exactly identical to the images. Each piece of wood takes on its own life. Grain marks, "eye" or "knot" divot imperfections, different level or color of stain absorption, tannin levels - this is what working with wood is and results in a completely unique piece each time.
