Item never received. After multiple attempts to contact the shop owner, I opened a PayPal dispute and then escalated it to a claim. In all fairness to this shop owner, she did contact me on the day I received my refund to let me know that she had changed jobs and was in the midst of moving. With all that going on she forgot about Etsy.
I am always exploring new methods and techniques, and I also do custom work. Contact me via Etsy Conversations or, if you are a beloved client already, through my customer email.

Cancellations are subject to PayPal terms of service.
Alll items are shipped via flat rate priority to United States addresses.
International Buyers will need to pay an extra $4.00 USD for international first class shipping (shipping times vary with country); Priority shipping international is an extra $8.00 USD, and will arrive within 6-10 days of shipment.
Priority shipping has basic indemnity coverage. Domestic and International first class does not. With Priority shipping the receiving party can claim the value of the contents or the cost of the shipping, whichever is less. See: http://www.usps.com/international/intlspecialservices.htm. This page will give you a break down of liabilities and insurance options. If you wish to include insurance, let me know through the email on your receipt, or through Etsy conversations, and I will find out what additional coverage costs you will need to pay. If you don't get your items, please let me know. Maybe together we can figure out what the problem is.
Losses and damages through the mail are not the responsibility of the Seller.
Since most of my shipping is handled electronically, label or receipt code will be included with the confirmation email in the event that the Buyer would like to track the parcel via iGoogle USPS track and confirm gadget (download from http://www.google.com/ig/directory?type=gadgets&url=hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/103820295565870385030/USPS-TrackAndConfirm.xml). Or just Google, "USPS iGoogle track and confirm". Normally this service can cost extra through the Post Office.
Refunds and Exchanges
Should I agree to a return, I will either repair it, offer a replacement, or refund if I agree it is due to a defect in my craftsmanship.
I don't control what happens to my work once they leave home. Be kind, is all I can advise. Handmade items should be cherished with love and care. Forgetting to take off leather earrings when jumping in the pool is inadvisable. All materials have natural properties that can be delayed but not escaped. Metal will tarnish, fibers will lose their strength, in essence: Know the properties of your wearable art and stay within it's limits.
