Returns and exchanges
We accept returns with full reimbursement within 7 days of receipt providing that the item has been properly handled and not used. The buyer is to pay the return postage. If the item has been damaged in shipping, please contact the shipper.
We guarantee our work. If there is an immediate problem but you still want the item, please return it. We will fix it and send it back at our expense.
If after a reasonable time of normal use or accidental damage, we will refinish or repair it at nominal cost. All shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer.

We accept Pay Pal. If you are a Nevada resident, local sales tax apply.
Shipping
We ship by Fed Ex ground. If an expedited shipment or a different carrier is requested, the buyer must pay the extra amount in addition to the standard shipping we quote.

Custom orders are gladly accepted in our off season (December-April). We are busy with craft shows in the other months. It is OK to ask though.
