I ordered the Wild Yam cream. I can’t speak on the efficacy of the product just yet. But the customer service is good. After some hiccups (I initially received the wrong item, then the correct item didn’t get mailed as promised due to an oversight). I received the correct item along with lots of extra goodies. The shop owner was very apologetic and didn’t make excuses (which I appreciated) for the errors. The cream smells good and seems to be good quality. Hopefully it helps. I would definitely do business with this shop again.
