There is something about working with natural materials and leaving a permanent design in its skin that I really love. I am inspired by nature and nature spirits, old fairytales and ancient celtic patterns. I am lucky enough to have countryside on my doorstep, so I don't have to travel far to feel nature's influence.

Payment
Payment is currently by paypal or Direct Checkout - both can use your credit card.
Shipping
My local post office is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons, so I am limited to posting on those days. If there is no personalisation and I receive your order by noon, I can usually post that afternoon. If not, the next chance I get. Please allow an extra day or two for personalisation.
I post 2nd class 'to be signed for' postage in UK. Overseas postage is sent by regular airmail with a receipt of postage. It takes about 7-10 working days for delivery to the USA but up to 3 weeks to some parts of the world.
If you prefer to have your items sent overseas with a tracked and signed for service, which is 2-3 days faster and includes insurance, please let me know and I'll add £6 to the postage cost.
The items are checked as 'Gift' so there should be no customs charges, however if customs open the parcel and decide taxes need to be paid, I am not responsible for this.
Refunds and Exchanges
Every item is clearly photographed and described and therefore I do not accept returns.
If by chance I make a mistake with a personalisation, I'll send a replacement asap. (This has never happened yet!) Correct spelling and punctuation is your responsibility when you let me know what you'd like written.
Additional policies and FAQs
Most wooden items I list can be personalised - just message me and double check the spelling of any names! Payment will be required in advance.
There are several international spelling differences eg personalised / personalized & colour / color. Please double check spelling and grammar of any personalisation as I'll only contact you if I notice something that may be an obvious mistake. Thank you!

To avoid confusion, as I know some people have asked me this: I do not make the signs and boxes etc myself; it is only the wood burning pyrography that I can take the credit for. (Though some of the books are made by me.)

I am happy to take custom orders, however I don't keep a stock of boxes etc. If I don't have what you're looking for, the best thing to do is find the item you'd like pyrographed on a UK based online craft shop and I could order it directly and add the cost to your order (I'd require payment in advance) or if you have the ideal item in your local craft shop, you could post it to me. (Wooden items are often expensive to buy so I keep a look out for bargains and sometimes buy in bulk to keep costs down.) You could even send me something you already own that you’d like pyrographed. Please message me to discuss any of this.

Items that I regularly sell, such as signs, may vary slightly from the photo - they'll be almost exactly the same, but as they are hand-drawn, there's bound to be slight differences.

I'm sorry, but I don't do custom orders for books. I use so many different techniques and bits and bobs for these, that it takes me an hour just to get it all out my cupboard! (and then try and fit it all in again afterwards!!) I don't want to charge you for this time, so I make the books all at once about twice a year.

Thank you for reading!
