WiddershinWoolworks' Shop Policies

Welcome to the original Widdershin Woolworks. I started selling my handspun yarns in 1995 at Stitches East, then on to Maryland Sheep and Wool and various shows up and down the east coast. After moving back to my beloved New Mexico, I added Stitches West and was soon selling more than I could spin. Then I disappeared . I found myself a buddhist nun and have been living in India for the past five years and now I'm back...

Things have changed a lot in the five years I've been gone, but my yarn is still the lovely tactile knitting experience its always been. I still endeavor to use the finest fibers and the most luscious colours I can come up with. I'm handpainting the fibers then spinning a balanced two ply yarn that will make your knitting a joyful experience and a unique garment. The yarns are generally one of a kind but there will be other yarns that blend colour wise.

While I was in India, it was heartbreaking to see the plight of the animals there. Being a hard core animal lover I am pledging 10% of my net profit to Vets Beyond Borders, who do a wonderful job there and in other countries, trying to help the animals. Now you will be helping too. Thanks so much.

So it's good to be back and I hope to be hearing from old customers as well as new ones. Thanks, Michelle
