Shop policies

I really like the idea of transforming something from useless to fabulous! Because of this I try to only use vintage or salvage materials. Obviously I have to occasionally stray from this dream for reasons of practicality. But the majority of the mediums used to produce my little treasures have been previously treasured, and are getting a second chance!
This is not only a shop policy but a life philosophy, try it out! It can be as easy as shopping in bulk with reusable contains to cut back on packaging, or by tying your old scarf around you waste and renaming it belt!

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
I'd like to trust the good people of my community, local or extended. Paypal is quickest and easiest for all parties involved, but if you prefer not to put that information on this strange thing we call an internet, feel free to send me a check! Please don't send cash, it's too risky!

If you are sending me a check or money order, please make a note in your sale, or send me a conversation stating your intention when you order. Be forewarned it will make the process of getting your sweet whatevers to you a little longer, I won't ship until I have payment.
Shipping
So, I suppose I could rush orders, but I find that the good old USPS (United States Postal Service) does a dandy job in delivering items in a safe and speedy way, usually in just a few days anywhere in the U.S., although it could sometimes take up to 10 days. I have listed a couple "Priority Mail" listings for an extra $3. If you don't see a sweet old bike (the icon) let me know and I'll list one for you!

If you would prefer me to ship with insurance, tracking or via UPS or Fed Ex, please convo me right after you order and note that there will be a higher shipping cost. So far the folks in safari hats have done us well.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unhappy with what you received? Did I send you the wrong item? Just convo me and we will work something out. If you need to return something based on an error of mine I will be happy to refund your money, or exchange the item.

If you simply change your mind, I may give you a partial refund depending on the circumstance.
Additional policies and FAQs
I'd love to do an Alchemy order. But because a lot of my materials are repurposed you must allow time for me to hunt down the perfect color, weight, etc. this shouldn't take long if you leave a bit of lee way in your request.

Thanks for checking out our stuff!
