FAQ:

What about the fabric?
All fabrics are pre-washed before construction of any item. This is a smoke-free, animal-free business. The choice is yours whether to wash items upon receiving your order.

Do you ship out of country?
Yes, I will ship out of country. Message me with your request and I will change the listing to include shipping to your destination.

When will my order ship?
Generally, your order ships within the next day, or two (Unless ordered over the weekend. In which case, your purchase will go out on the following Monday). Exceptions are custom orders. FYI, packages are shipped with a tracking number (which can be tracked online); in case anything happens during transit, you will be able to contact the postal service to file a claim. ALSO, it is extremely important that you use the correct shipping address on your order. I print directly from your order statement; once the label printed, it can not changed.

Can I get more of an item than what is listed?
Yes you can. The amounts available in my shop listings are the number of items I have on hand, at the moment. As long as the supplies are available to me, I can make more. For example, if the item you are interested in has 3 available in the listing and you actually need 4 of this item, just message me and I will change the listing, and make you a fourth as long as I can get the supplies needed.

Can I get a custom order?
Yes, custom orders are available on certain items. Message me with your request and I will do my best to oblige you. Please be sure to give me the specifics of your custom order ahead of time. It makes things easier and faster to have all the info in advance.

Can I change an order that I have already placed?
For the most part, no you can not change the order. I will take each order on a case by case basis. If I can make a simple change to an order, I will do so. Please be sure to double-check your purchase to ensure that you have everything you need before checking out. ALSO, it is extremely important that you use the correct shipping address on your order. I print directly from your order statement; once the label printed, it can not changed.

I have not received my item, is there anything I can do?
Wiggly Giggles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages of any kind, domestic or international. If you would like to purchase insurance on your item(s) please contact me before placing your order and I will adjust the shipping cost. In the event of a lost package, please contact the post office with your tracking number to file a claim.

Does Wiggly Giggles offer wholesale?
No. Not at this time. The items offered here are for personal use and not for resale.

Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Shipping
All packages are shipped by USPS 1st class mail unless otherwise arranged. Items are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. (Though, I do try to get packages out the following day.) Insuring a package is at the buyer's request. Insurance fees will be added to shipping amount. I do ship to other countries. Please contact me with your location so I can make shipping adjustments to the listing. IMPORTANT: Please be sure your "ship to" address is correct. Your address is taken directly from your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. If a return or exchange is agreed upon, the merchandise must be returned in the condition it was sent. Postage is the responsibility of the purchaser (see below).

Here at Wiggly Giggles we do want you to be satisfied with your purchase; so we are open to discuss any issues you may have with your item(s). However, if feedback is left before you contact me about an issue, then I am unable to refund/or send you new product. If the issue is buyers error, Wiggly Giggles is not responsible for return shipping. If it is the fault of Wiggly Giggles, return shipping and/or a full refund for the item will be given once the return merchandise has been received in the appropriate condition. If a purchase is lost in the mail (international and domestic), Wiggly Giggles is not responsible. In the event of a lost package, contact the postal service and provide them with the tracking number provided to you. Also, you may want to add insurance to your purchase. If so, please message me with your request before purchasing and I will adjust the shipping amount. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
