The redwood bowl is beautiful! Fine craftsmanship!!! I purchased it as a surprise birthday gift for my husband who had just completed a 23 mile hike, in Northern California where the redwoods grow. It was perfect and he loved it. It will be a work of art he can treasure for years to come! I would definitely recommend WightwoodWorkshop for a quality piece of art.

Payment
Payment must be received within 48 hours of order placement; otherwise, the sale will be canceled and item restocked.

We recommend using PayPal for the quickest service. Alternate forms of payment
( money orders, certified or personal checks) must be approved, in advance, via email. Orders will be shipped after checks have cleared.
Shipping
Purchases will be shipped promptly, usually within 1 to 3 days, upon receipt of payment (checks, once cleared).

Items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, with most being insured, with tracking, to protect your purchase and investment. If you have a different preferred shipper, or need a rush shipment, please let me know at the time of purchase. Adjustments in charges will be agreed upon at that time.

Large items or international shipments will have to be packaged and priced accordingly. Contact me for costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the item and wish to return it, please contact me immediately. You must do so within 7 days of receiving it.

We recommend secure packaging, insurance and using a tracking carrier. (We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned goods.) A refund will be issued, less any shipping costs, once the item is returned undamaged.
