I love every part of the creative process - from the sourcing of materials and designing an item, right through to the end product, packaged and ready to post to your door. Payment
-I accept Paypal. Please pay within 3 days of check out. If payment is not received within this period, your purchase/s will be cancelled, unless otherwise arranged through a conversation or email.
-Please note that etsy prices are in USD.
Shipping
Item/s will be shipped once full payment has been received. I will endeavor to get your item/s to you as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7 business days after payment has been received for shipping within Australia. Items posted to the USA or New Zealand will arrive within 3-10 business days from the day the item has been shipped. Should the item arrive later due to circumstances outside of the control of Wilbur & Moss, please do let me know, but Wilbur & Moss does not accept responsibility for items that arrive after the period outlined in Wilbur & Moss Shop Policy. If you for some reason do not receive your item, please contact me. Wilbur & Moss does not accept responsibility for items that do not arrive after shipping, but may be able to help you in another way.
Refunds and Exchanges
I post an item in Wilbur & Moss if I firmly believe that it is an item a customer would be delighted to receive, and that I would be happy to receive myself, so I do hope that you will be really happy with your purchase. If for any reason you receive your item/s and you are not 100% happy with it/them, please contact me and I can refund or exchange the item/s. Item/s will be refunded if returned within 7 days of the item being received (12 days for items posted internationally) and in unused condition with the original packaging. Item/s can be exchanged if the buyer has returned the item/s within 7 days (12 days for items posted internationally) of receipt of their purchase/s and item/s have not been worn or used. Please note that return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. I do not refund postal costs.
Please do convo me if you have any problems with item/s. I may be able to help without you having to return the item/s.
Unfortunately, I am unable to give returns on any item/s have been worn, washed, damaged or soiled.
