The shop doesn't accept return or exchange no matter what, even if there's a color difference between the item and the pics. The attitude of the seller is terrible.

My policies are very clear. You have me a negative review because you didn't like the outcome. You also tried to scam me by asking for a $98 credit when your item was only $80.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All packages will be sent with a tracking number (except overseas).
I ship out packages in the middle of the week, so if the payment doesn't clear into my account before that time then the package will go out the next week. Please allow 5-10 days for arrival. If you need a package sooner please let me know.
All international packages are shipped USPS first class. Delivery can take up to a 3-4 weeks depending on the country. If you choose to upgrade to Priority or Registered Mail***, please contact me for rates. Please note that you may incur customs charges from your local government.
Insurance is not included in the shipping costs, but it is highly recommended for international orders. Please let me know if you choose to purchase insurance.
