medicines & kin - herbs, flowers, and fruit. Indigenous & Ayurvedic wisdom guides my understanding of how to mindfully harvest, transform, and share these allies to our health. I harvest sustainable, organic flora on a private farm in SW Oregon. planning to deepen my co-creator relationship with the land on a biodynamic permaculture farm of my own within 2-5 years.

I'm tuning into what the land offers and what I can give in return. I harvest sustainably and only in season, minimize packaging materials to reduce waste, and use low-energy folk methods of transformation, such as air-drying, fermentation, infusion, tinctures, and more.

raw crystals are also available in abundance in this region, ranging from obsidian mountains in California to old mines in Utah & Oregon. I use pieces that speak to me to create wearable healers for others.

crystal healing and folk herbalism are practices that teach & restore my body everyday, so I am honored to have access & knowledge to share these stones and plant medicines with you.

my herbalist & co-creator knowledge is ever growing. I've completed courses with Herbal Academy and Oregon State University, and I use plant/foraging guides + apps for flower/herb identification.
