I purchased this for my niece for her birthday. She LOVES it. I already had mine and knew she would love it. Beautiful wood and craftsmanship. I use it everyday as a bench scraper and when I cut dough or scrape any baking bowls. If you don’t have one you need to get one or two or….. no toxic plastic shavings getting in your food. Supporting someone that has an actual trade and small business. I will be ordering more as the other bakers in our family birthdays arrive! And thank you for getting this out so quickly for me to make sure it arrived in time for her birthday. I appreciate your communication and help.
