A RUSH fee is charged if we have to rush on our end to get the order completed due to lack of communication on the customer's side. We can only contact the customer via their Etsy convo inbox or email. If you do not answer messages that are sent to either one of these then a rush fee will be applied once the 5 days expires. The only exception to this is if a longer completion date is discussed up front and agreed upon.

🚩🖨️ For AN ADDITIONAL COST, we can offer prints for home delivery through an online print vendor that works with thousands of digital shops here on Etsy. Our prices listed on each item are for the work & time involved in creating your CUSTOM DIGITAL FILE and DO NOT include the cost of a printed sign. If you choose to purchase a print for home delivery, this will require a separate listing and a separate purchase - please contact to discuss pricing for prints.

We do not charge extra for this service. No payment will be given to the print vendor until you have approved your proofs and paid for a print order. Printing is offered through an outside online vendor as a courtesy for our clients who do not want to go to a print shop or are not knowledgeable when it comes to downloading files and printing. This service is offered as a convenience for our clients who need a no-hassle printing option. Please contact us for print costs.

➨➨⚠️ATTN "CUSTOM" DIGITAL FILE PURCHASES - your order is a custom-designed request that has been discussed with us. These orders require collaboration, communication, and time. This type of purchase is not an "instant" download nor an "instant" process. Your custom files will be sent to your personal email once the agreed-upon order has been processed & completed. The turnaround time will depend on how fast communication is from the buyer's side and the number of orders in our processing queue.

⚠️ADDING ADDITIONAL GARNISHES OR NEW GARNISHES TO A DRINK GRAPHIC WILL INCUR A $5.50 FEE PER GARNISH DUE TO THE TIME AND EFFORT OF CUTTING GARNISHES TO FIT EACH GLASS STYLE.

➨➨ DRINK GRAPHICS....Our existing drink graphics are only meant to REPRESENT your drinks, they will never be exact (such as the same glassware being used by the venue, exact color as this varies due to bartenders, etc).

‼️⚠️IMPORTANT "NEW SHOP POLICIES" - SEE ✅ BELOW - UPDATED 2025

✅1. DEPOSIT - a Deposit may be required on large orders with multiple files/designs. The Deposit will be subtracted from the total amount when the order has been completed. ➨➨⚠️ If the order is cancelled AFTER the order has been discussed and design work has begun there will be a $15 cancellation fee (NO EXCEPTIONS).

✅2. CUSTOMER CONTACT - NO COMMUNICATION - Every order is given a 24 hr grace period for cancellations. Every order received must be confirmed & discussed after the 24 hr grace period has expired before any design work begins. We will reach out via Etsy conovs to confirm needed details, such as: due date, info missing from the order notes, file sizes, issues with accommodating your requests, etc. If multiple attempts have to be made to contact you but no response is received, there will be a $3 cancellation fee subtracted from the refund amount. Reaching out to customers multiple times via Etsy and personal emails demands a lot of our time. The $3 cancellation fee is to compensate for the time taken from other orders/clients when attempting to track down buyers who are non-responsive.

✅3. ATTENTION - "SIGN IN WITH APPLE USER" is not a viable email address. Files CANNOT BE SENT to customers who use these type of relay, single-use addresses. We will need an accessible email address.

✅4. PROOFS - Each purchase includes one proof based on the exact info/details discussed upfront. We cannot stress enough to have your notes organized and include all details for the order. If there are any changes after the proof is sent to the customer for review, each revised proof is an additional fee (to be discussed). Unfortunately, we've had customers take advantage of the proofing process and ask for changes that go well beyond their initial order details. Our time spent on each order is our commodity. Regrettably, we can no longer offer free revisions due to the time it takes away from our other customers who have submitted their order properly and per our shop policies.

✅5. SENDING OF FINAL FILES + ⚠️ RESENDING FEE - A fee will be incurred for retrieval and resending of files. We cannot stress enough to keep an eye on your email inbox for the delivery of your final files to avoid resending fees. Also, keep a steady eye on your Etsy inbox because we send a notice letting each customer know their files have been delivered to their email & to immediately download and save files to avoid the resending fee. It takes time away from other clients and our busy work day when we have to address messages from customers who place an order and neglect to keep track of the progress of their order and the delivery of the completed files.

⚠️ We pay a fee for the convenience of the customer to have a personal folder, therefore, resending cannot be done for free.

🕕 Please note shop hours change day to day. We do our best to answer messages the same day they are received, however, it may take up to 24 hrs during the weekdays. Our shop is closed Sat/Sun - so messages received during those days will be answered the following Mon/Tues.

➨➨⚠️ UPDATED Shop Policy regarding INCOMPLETE ORDER DETAILS - when a purchase is submitted with incomplete details the customer will be contacted and asked to submit the missing details within 24 hrs. If the details are not received within that 24 hr period the order will be refunded. A new order may be submitted once the full & complete details are available.

**Etsy has issued a new mandate that requires orders to be completed within the time frame noted on the listing that is purchased, which has required us to restructure our process on accepting incomplete orders.

➨➨ Unfortunately, incomplete or lengthy order details will not be accepted due to time constraints. Our shop is constantly inundated with orders and we don't have the time available to track down orders that are missing details needed to complete the order.

➨➨ PLEASE SUBMIT ORDER DETAILS BEFORE PURCHASING TO ENSURE YOUR REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED - Submitting your order details for review does not hold a place in line or a specific date for your order to be completed, nor does it mean your order is automatically accepted. All orders have to be reviewed to ensure your requests can be accommodated. Please allow up to 24 - 48 hrs for a reply back from WPD concerning your order. Please do not let your rush become our rush (urgent orders will incur a fee). We ask all customers to be mindful of your time frame when planning to place an order (and don't forget printing time!).

‼️⚠️IMPORTANT - IF PLANNING TO PRINT ON CANVAS WE NEED TO KNOW UPFRONT - this requires a special template and we will need the wrap dimensions. An extra fee is required for canvas designs due to the extra work & effort required on our end.

--SHOP HOURS-- will always vary. We work day jobs as well, so we may not be in the studio when you message. We typically work evening hours in our Etsy shop & try to answer incoming messages within 24 to 48 hrs. During peak wedding season replies may take up to 72 hrs.---Open Limited Hours on Saturday & CLOSED ON SUNDAY - if you send a message on these days please expect a reply back the following Monday or Tuesday.
