If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me immediately and your payment will be refunded if you cancel before you download your file or receive the first digital proof of your purchase.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me right away so I can work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Customer service is my top priority and I want you to love your design as much as I love creating it!

Additional policies and FAQs
The appearance of colors may vary from screen to screen and printer to printer. Keep in mind that printing on a colored or textured paper may also alter the appearance of the design. I strongly encourage you to do a test print before signing off on your final proof, using the paper and printer you plan to use, whenever possible.
For printable designs, your final product is sent as a single high resolution JPG file. You may then have your design printed at home or by your printer or printing service of choice. You may print as many as you like. If your printer requires a different file format, I can accommodate any request, but please let me know when you submit your order.
When you purchase a design from the shop you agree to use it for personal use only. Commercial use is not allowed. This includes sharing, distributing, or selling the design in any way.
